That company was heavily reliant on 24/7 emergency response and Zach found himself missing a lot of time away from his young growing family. In 2019 Zach and Beth Ann decided to found Annabella Properties LLC as a house rejuvenation company, specializing in creating turn key affordable yet quality properties, with hopes his schedule would be more predictable. Shortly after Zach and Beth Ann stumbled upon the demand for quality fence contractors, while trying to sub out a fence project for one of their projects. They quickly realized how few, quality fence companies there were in our area. They also noticed they were constantly backlogged. Zach and Beth Ann switched gears and focused entirely on fencing. The focus was to help fill the void of the small number of fence contractors in western Pennsylvania that specializes only in quality products and the latest installation technology. After being introduced to and joining the American Fence Association, attending trade shows, and networking with other fence professionals from around the country that share the same guiding principle of moving the fence industry forward, Zach became very passionate about fencing. Zach realized the large amount of fences being installed with antiquated technology and standards, some of which were put in place over 75 years ago. Zach and our crew have spent countless hours studying and practicing the absolute best ways to install the strongest fences, while also trying to remain as budget friendly as that allows for our customers. This has led us to dial in on and only offer our specific product offerings to the area, which we believe result in the best fences in the area. We would rather lose a job than build a fence with subpar materials and installation practices. Our mission is to help transform the fence industry and provide the community with much longer lasting, stronger, and less maintenance fences by implementing the newest installation technology and using the most innovative materials for each fence type.
